We found out that not one, not two, but THREE things we have produced will be at this year’s Austin Film Festival.
First, our screenplay A Splice of Life is a semifinalist in the screenwriting competition. Over 4000 screenplays were submitted and ours is in the top 13 comedy screenplays. We were seriously surprised when we found out. We never thought we’d be a semifinalist, let alone get far at all. We’ll find out in the coming weeks if we are finalists, so stay tuned.
Second, our second feature film, Simmons on Vinyl will be premiering at the festival.
And third, our newest short film, Edgar Freezes, will be playing in the Shorts 1 category, which is known for its odd, offbeat and completely ridiculous shorts.
